Between October 20 and 26 is Open Access Week worldwide. Our journal strongly supports this kind of events. On our web site JSER online we put logo of this event. Also we take some activities to improve the functionality of our web site. Open Access Week, a global event now entering its eighth year, is an
opportunity for the academic and research community to continue to learn
about the potential benefits of Open Access, to share what they’ve
learned with colleagues, and to help inspire wider participation in
helping to make Open Access a new norm in scholarship and research. This is a week
to acknowledge the wide-ranging benefits of enabling open access to
information and research—as well as exploring the dangerous costs of
keeping knowledge locked behind publisher paywalls.
