<div style="text-align: justify;">
Денес, 26 април 2020 година се навршуваат точно две години од како бев назначен за глаевн и одговорен уредник на списанието <a href="https://jrtdd.com/">Journal for ReAttach Therapy and Developmental Diversities</a>. Издавач на списанието е <a href="https://reattachfoundation.com/">ReAttach Therapy International Foundation од Холандија</a>, а од поново време се вклучи и <a href="http://mssa.org.mk/">Македонското начно здружение за аутизам</a>. </div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">

Curr Psychiatry Rep (2020) 22: 3. https://doi.org/10.1007/s11920-019-1124-y<br /><br /><b>Abstract</b><br /><br />Purpose of Review<br />Consanguinity can increase the risk for autosomal recessive conditions, along with autism spectrum disorder (ASD). Rarely outside of the genetics community is this discussed. Understanding its impact on the development of ASD and increasing awareness for physicians is important.<br />Recent Findings<br />ASD is a polygenic multifactorial disorder associated with morbidity and burden of care. Studies have confirmed its heritability, suspecting to an autosomal recessive transmission. Consanguinity increases the risk for uncovering recessive disorder and its role as an independent contributor for the development of ASD should be examined.<br />Summary<br />With consanguinity being a known risk factor for autosomal recessive conditions, clinicians should routinely screen for it when evaluating for ASD, as this is inconsistently done. If suspected, genetic testing should be also recommended. Understanding current risk as well as future risk and providing families with the education to make the most informed decisions is necessary.<br /><br />Keywords: Consanguinity, Autism spectrum disorder, Homozygous mapping, Genetic counseling Prof. Dr. Vladimir Trajkovskihttp://www.blogger.com/profile/18400226878637783169noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1171871358072133710.post-38100264453384033112019-07-11T20:56:00.000+02:002019-07-11T20:56:33.374+02:00Effects of a Computer-Based Intervention on Emotion Understanding in Children with Autism Spectrum ConditionsVasilevska Petrovska, I. & Trajkovski, V. <b>Abstract</b><br /><br /><div style="text-align: justify;">
This randomized controlled study evaluated a computer-based intervention on emotion understanding in 32 children with autism spectrum conditions with and without intellectual disability (ID) aged 7–15 years. The intervention group (n = 16) used the program for 12 h while the control group (n = 16) was not included in any intervention or training beside the usual educational curriculum. After controlling for pre-intervention scores and symptom severity, strong positive effects were observed in emotion recognition from real face photographs and pictograms, as well as in understanding situation-based emotion across both intellectual ability groups. The typical and ID intervention groups performed significantly better on all EU measures, compared to controls, at the level of feature based distant generalization.</div>

The number of journals is rapidly rising worldwide. There is public debate about published articles comparing the costs, benefits, and various pros and cons of printed versus electronic full-text journals. The advancement of online journals during recent years has given librarians a powerful new resource to support learning and rеsearch.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
This article explores issues relating to the print publication process and the electronic publication process in order to clarify the unique advantages and disadvantages of each media. Most commercial sites are subscription-based, or allow pay-per-view access. Many universities subscribe to electronic journals to provide access to their students and faculty, and it is generally also possible for individuals to subscribe. An increasing number of journals are now available with open access, requiring no subscription. This is the case with the Journal for ReAttach Therapy and Developmental Diversities. Most working paper archives and articles on personal homepages are free; as are collections in institutional repositories and subject repositories. One of the great advantages of electronic journals is the possibility of acquiring article-level metrics.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
Printed journals are portable and convenient, don’t require a device to read, have a high graphical resolution (easier to read) and are self-archiving. Printed journals should continue to survive, but only with a decrease in production and changes in content to suit more restricted niches left in the wake of the electronic journals.</div>

Journal of Special Education and Rehabilitation.
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<div>
<div>
